Eligibility Check
Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria set by NCVT for the COPA course. Typically, candidates must have completed their 10th standard (or equivalent) from a recognized board.
Application Form

◉Fill out the application form with accurate details. Make sure to attach the necessary documents as mentioned in the form
Document Submission
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the NSS COMPUTER PRIVATE ITI office within the stipulated time frame. The required documents generally include:
◉10th standard mark sheet (or equivalent)
◉ Transfer Certificate (TC)
◉Caste Certificate (if applicable)
◉Recent passport-size photographs
◉ Any other documents as specified by the institution
Application Fees
◉Pay the application fee as per the instructions provided in the application form. This can typically be done through a bank draft, online payment, or in person at the institution’s office.
Merit List
◉ After the application deadline, a merit list will be prepared based on the candidates’ academic performance and other criteria as specified by the DGET NCVT guidelines.
◉ The merit list will be published on the official website and the notice board of NSS COMPUTER PRIVATE ITI.
Counseling And Seat Allocation
◉ Shortlisted candidates will be called for a counseling session where they will be informed about the course details, fee structure, and other relevant information.
◉ During counseling, candidates will be required to verify their documents. Seat allocation will be done based on the merit list and availability of seats.
Admission Confirmation
◉ After successful counseling and document verification, candidates will receive an admission confirmation.
◉ Pay the course fees as per the institution’s fee structure to confirm your admission.
Commencement of Classes
